Please make a note with the sender information (the sender, contact information and address) and the product issues (the guides to be changed, a worse gear feeling, a bad line counter or other).If there is no sender information, we cannot guarantee a maintenance time. In this case, the company shall not be liable for package lost.

3. Mainland customers bear the postage to ECOODA, and ECOODA bears the cost back. We will not accept freight collect.

4. The international customers and clients from Hong kong, Macao and Taiwan shall bear the delivery cost.

5. We choose YTO Express as our default delivery logistics. If the customer has urgent or special request, the customer has to bear the cost.

Warranty instruction

Answer

1. The warranty period is 18 months from the date of purchase.

2. Within one week from the date of purchase, once quality problems are found, you can get a new one for change, if they have not been used.

1. If the product has been taken apart or broken by human causes, you have to pay for new accessories at your own expense.

2. ECOODA prohibits any intentional damage of product or upset the market competition and pursues personal responsibility

1. The butt of all fishing rods is out of warranty. If handle is needed, we have to charge at the market rate.

2. There is no warranty for tools and batteries in case the products have been used.

Paid maintenance (Under normal use)

Answer

1、Fishing Rod

(1) One-piece rod: maintenance fee is $30 and $60. You have to contact with ECOODA after-sales center about the exact charges for different models.

(2) One-and-a-half-piece/two-piece rod:

* For offshore boat rod, tip can be repaired freely.

* For lure rod, tip cost depends on different models;

* For popping and jigging rod, the cost is $30;

* For handmade, bottom fishing or deep sea boat rod, the cost starts at $60.

Please contact with ECOODA after-sales service center about the detail cost.

(3) Three-piece or multi-piece rod: the parts, excluding tip and butt, are charged at the market rate.

(4) Telescopic casting rod: the parts, excluding tip and butt, are charged at the market rate.

(5) For all products mentioned, we can provide no more than 5pcs free china-made guides, and the more guides will be charged at the market rate. If you want to replace broken FUJI parts, they will be charged at the market rate.

(6) For new developed products, you have to contact with ECOODA after-sales service center.

2、 Fishing Reel

(1) Spinning reel: spool, bail assembly and handle are charged at the market rate.

(2) Baitcasting reel: spool and handle are charged at the market rate.

(3) Electric reel: the cost of motor is $50, the electronic counter assembly is $30.

(4) Line counter reel: the electronic counter of size 500 costs $20; line counter of size 1000 and 1500 costs $25.

Free Maintenance (Under normal use)

Answer

1. Fishing rod

For all two, three or muliti-piece rod, and telescopic casting rod, the tip can be repaired freely, excluding FUJI parts.

2. Fishing Reel

In addition to the above fees, we can provide free normal maintenance and repair for all spinning and baitcasting reel.
